Savvy Sayin's

A friend of mine in our community gave me a book recently as a belated Christmas gift. He decided that I needed a copy of Savvy Sayin's: True Wisdom from the Real West because I am, indeed, from the West. Here's a small sample of the "wisdom" in this book:

"Drownin' your sorrows only irrigates 'em."

"Ignorance is expensive."

"Few things are harder to put up with than a good example."

and finally...

"Never trust a man who agrees with you. He's probably wrong."
